Richard Taylor founded Taylor-Rodgers in 1997 with the guidance of his mentor and long-time friend F.G. “Buck” Rodgers. Buck Rodgers, author of The IBM Way and Getting the Best Out of Yourself and Others is one of our country’s most respected practitioners of excellence. Mr. Rodgers was among those in the forefront of making IBM the technology giant it is today. He retired from IBM with a goal to define leadership.
