placements around the globe. Mr. Taylor founded Taylor-Rodgers in 1997 and the firm quickly
became known for its revolutionary approach to executive search. He focuses his search
efforts on board members, CEOs, and other C-level executive positions. Mr. Taylor's background
in technology inspired him to redesign the way a search is performed. This methodology is a

Taylor Rodgers company maxim is precision and speed. Before entering the executive
search industry, Mr. Taylor was Director Consulting, at Real Decisions Corporation, a Gartner
Group Company. Real Decisions was a worldwide leader in information technology, cost/
performance benchmarking, and consulting services. His practice analyzed and evaluated
internal I/T organizations and outsourcer companies in comparison to peer organizations.
Previously, he was Director of Consulting for Systems Research and Applications Corporation
(SRA) in New York, where he had responsibility for the Advanced Technology Professional
Services Practice. Earlier, he was a National Account Manager for IBM Corporation. He began
his career with Xerox Corporation. Mr. Taylor graduated from Babson College with a Bachelors
of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Taylor believes that the most significant and rewarding
